2025 Duel in the Pool

The 2025 Duel in the Pool will be a 2-day competition between three LSCs
at the
Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
All-Star teams from Illinois, Gulf, and Indiana Swimming
will be competing
in the annual Age Group Duel in the Pool.
This long-course meet will showcase
the fastest athletes, ages 11 – 16,
from three of USA Swimming’s highest performing LSCs
and promises to be an exciting two days of fast swimming.
Illinois, Indiana, and GULF LSCs will participate in 2025.
Only SCY times will be considered for selection.
