Indiana Swimming Club Incentive Program

Vision Statement:  Building strong clubs improves the performance of our athletes

Mission Statement:  This program will motivate, recognize and reward our club members for their participation and performance in Indiana and USA Swimming Programs. Participation in this program is optional but will enhance the value of clubs.

Objectives

1.   Strengthen all Indiana Swimming Clubs

2.   Increase Participation in ISI and USA-S Club Development programs

3.   Increase Education of all members

4.   Give back to our membership
