Go to the USA Swimming Report a Concern page to view the Mandatory Reporting Rule, SafeSport Code for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movements, and the USA Swimming Code of Conduct.
You will also find all necessary information to report a concern:
U.S. Center for Safe Sport - reports regarding sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexually explicit/inappropriate communication through social media, physical or emotional misconduct, and MAAPP violations may be reported to the U.S. Center for Safe Sport by calling 833-5US-SAFE (833-587-7233) or completing their online reporting form.
USA Swimming - reports regarding criminal charges, physical or emotional misconduct, USA Swimming Code of Conduct violations, MAAPP violations may be reported to USA Swimming by texting anonymous tips to 888-270-SWIM (888-270-7946), using their online reporting form, or visiting the Safe Sport staff directory page to contact someone directly.
Your Local Club - reports regarding peer-to-peer bullying, adult-to-athlete bullying, parent issues/parent complaints, violations of team rules and team code of conduct, and violations of team policies including the team’s MAAPP may be reported to your local club. USA Swimming's Template for Correspondence may be used.
