INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTING YOUR MEET INFORMATION & FILES

To have your entry letter/meet packet AND the Hy-Tek Meet Setup File posted to the Meet Entries section of the website

AFTER you have received a Sanction # from Michele DeLuna of Indiana Swimming, please be sure to update your entry letter/meet packet to include that sanction number she issues you.  WARNING - your club will be fined by Indiana Swimming if you submit a packet for posting that does not have a VALID sanction number.  Get your sanction number first and include it in your packet!

THEN, send the entry letter/meet info and the Hy-Tek Zip Meet Setup file to Lynn Kinstler.
