April:

· Send current info on club officers and coaches to ISI offices

· 3^rd Monday, 5:30 pm - Indiana Swimming Board of Directors Meeting – Indianapolis

· Seasonal Registration can begin (April 1-August 28)

· 4^th Saturday - Swimposium

May:

· Indiana Swimming Camps planned/scheduled (applications on website in April)

June:

· 3^rd Monday - 5:30 P.M. - Indiana Swimming Board of Directors Meeting – Indianapolis

· All annual ISI Budget requests to be received by July 31 – to Finance Vice-Chair

· Zone information posted on website (all AAA qualifiers eligible for Team IN participation)

July:

· ONLINE Zone Applications due (deadline Monday after Age Group State)

August:

· August 28^th - End of season for Seasonal Swimmers

· 3^rd Monday, 5:30 pm-Indiana Swimming Board of Directors Meeting–Indianapolis

Technical Meeting / Budget Committee Meeting

· Registration info sent to club Registration chairmen on file with ISI offices. Make sure office has current & correct information.

September:

· USA Swimming registration year begins 9/1. Begin renewing club charters. Must also enroll all conferences listing all member teams and contacts.

· Start registering new swimmers.

· Register coaches and make certain they are current in CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches. You must include application, all original cards, and USA SWIMMING non-athlete fee. They must also have completed (or be current) in the USA Swimming mandated Background Screen.

· Officials can begin renewing – applications sent to all previous year’s officials via USPS mid-month

· United States Aquatic Sports National Convention (traditionally the 2^nd week).

· 4^th Saturday - House of Delegates Meeting

MANDATORY or $300 annual fee AND no sanctions issued to club

-Site & Time TBD and posted on website at least 1 month out.

-Technical Legislation Presented, Proposed Budget presented, Elections, USAS Convention Reports

October:

· Counsilman Grant applications due October 31 - http://www.inswimming.org/files/forms/grant.pdf

· Mid States Quad Team IN info / application posted on website – Minimum standards needed to apply to this SELECTION TEAM. These standards will be part of the Team IN info posted.

November:

· 3^rd Monday, 5:30 P.M. - Indiana Swimming Board of Directors Meeting - Indianapolis

December:

· Deadline for Summer Meet Requests to ISI Office – December 1

· Mid States Quad Team IN applications due (Team selection & notification at end of the month)

· December 31^st - Deadline for renewing club charter, swimmers, officials, and coaches. After this date, no one can be on deck if not re-registered. Club insurance is not good, swimmers must swim unattached.

January:
