The LaPorte Community Swim
Club (Turbos) is currently seeking motivated individuals for the Head Coaching
position with our age group program as well as for our Junior Turbos
program.
The Turbos offer a range
of organized programs aimed at young people of all ages and ability
levels. The team swims competitively
year round. Coaches will be expected to
be available on weeknights for practice and some weekends for swim meets.
Coaching Duties will include
planning practices and teaching elemental to advanced stroke technique, as well
as interacting with parents and swimmers on progress made. Both positions will also work with the high
school coach on a regular basis.
Requirements:

- CPR/First
Aid certifications
(can arrange to get all certifications through club before
employment begins)
Compensation will be competitive
and based on experience. An incentive
plan for team growth can also be discussed.
