The Quad County Sharks have experienced a large amount of growth and are looking for 2-3 part-time assistant swim coaches.  The Sharks are a year round competitive swim team in the Kokomo area with almost 120 swimmers.  We practice in the pool facilities of Western and Northwestern High Schools in rural Howard County.

We are looking for energetic personalities to teach, motivate, and guide young athletes in our swimming program.  We’d prefer candidates that have a competitive swimming or coaching background and a college degree.  Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification level.  The qualifications listed must be obtained if the applicant does not already have them.  Qualifications include:

USA Swimming coaching credentials

ASCA certification

CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches (or Life Guard Training)
