East Central Swim Team (ECST) is looking for a qualified candidate to be an assistant coach. The coach will work with the club’s developmental athletes ages 12 and under. The coach will report to the head coach.

Qualifications: The candidate must be willing, if not obtained already, coaching certifications from USA swimming. The candidate must also be currently certified in Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR. Prior coaching experience is preferred.

Compensation: This part-time position will come with an hourly pay rate, to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
