The Bedford North Lawrence High School Swimming and Diving program is in need of a Head Diving Coach for the 2011-2012 Season.

Job Description:
Will work with many ability levels within high school program. Experience coaching at the high school level is preferred but not necessary. Have strong knowledge of diving technique and communication skills. Work with head coach on practice outlines and goals. Have enthusiasm for the sport of diving and pass that on to the divers.

Attend all scheduled practices.
Mondays 6:00-8:30pm (30min Dryland/strength conditioning 2hrs. on board)
Wednesdays 6:00-8:30pm (30min Dryland/strength conditioning 2hrs. on board)
Saturday 11:30am-2:00pm (21/2hrs. on board)

Attend all scheduled Meets.
15 Meets during the 2011-2012 season.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Salaries:
Will be determined by the high school athletic director.

Interviews:
Will be ongoing till position is filled.
